Tara J. Ulmaniec is a 1998 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and in 1995 received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin River Falls.  Tara has built her law practice with more than a decade of experience representing individuals and businesses in rural Southwestern Minnesota in the core areas of civil law: family, civil litigation, real estate and business, and estate planning.  Tara offers the highest quality of legal services to her clients in the relaxed atmosphere of her historic office in the small town of Benson, Minnesota.  Whether dealing with complex civil litigation, divorce, or drafting a business or real estate contract, Tara gives her clients her personal attention and expertise.  Clients are assured that their cases will be handled with the experience, integrity, and compassion that is paramount at Ulmaniec Law Office.
